MYFA FilmRoom
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
This policy describes how MYFA handles information when you use the FilmRoom website or iOS app to view football game film and related plays.
Information FilmRoom handles
When you sign in, FilmRoom receives account information from your sign-in provider, such as an account identifier, email address, and, when available, name. MYFA also uses account and membership information to determine which games and features your account may access.
The app stores your sign-in session on your device so you can stay signed in. FilmRoom sends requests to MYFA’s services to load the available game list, play details, and an authorized video stream. Those services receive the information needed to process the request, such as your account session, requested game, and ordinary connection data like IP address and request time.
Game footage can show or record the voices of players, coaches, spectators, and other people, including minors. FilmRoom streams footage made available by MYFA; the iOS app does not record or upload footage.
How information is used
MYFA uses this information to authenticate users, enforce game-access permissions, deliver film and play details, maintain the service, respond to support requests, and protect the service from misuse.
The website may use PostHog analytics when MYFA enables and configures it. Website analytics can include page visits, clicks, sign-in events, and film playback interactions, along with a pseudonymous account identifier for signed-in users and broad game context such as season, grade, week, and team. The website filters event properties and avoids sending email addresses in those events. PostHog may also process browser and network information to provide its service. When enabled, its browser client uses local storage and cookies. The iOS app does not currently include the website’s PostHog analytics client. Website analytics records follow the retention settings in MYFA’s PostHog account; contact support for questions about those records.
Service providers and sign-in
FilmRoom relies on Supabase for authentication and service data, Cloudflare for application and video delivery, and PostHog for website analytics when enabled. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, that provider processes your sign-in according to its own privacy terms. MYFA does not receive your Google or Apple password.
Retention and account deletion
You can request account deletion from the signed-in iOS app. Deletion removes your FilmRoom login and personal profile and membership association. If your account uses Sign in with Apple, the app also requests authorization revocation as part of deletion.
MYFA retains organizational football work created in FilmRoom, including game tagging, moments, and review sets. Private moments and review sets remain private and are managed by MYFA administrators; personal share access is revoked and personal creator attribution is removed. This retained material is kept under MYFA ownership rather than attached to the deleted personal account.
MYFA retains other information only as needed to operate the service, meet obligations, resolve issues, and protect its systems. Contact support@myfa.games for privacy or deletion questions.
Your choices and questions
You can sign out in the app, stop using FilmRoom, or request account deletion in the app. For help with access, privacy, or a deletion request, email support@myfa.games.
MYFA may update this policy as the service changes. The date above indicates when this page was last revised.
