You keep ownership

You keep ownership of footage and other content you upload. Uploading does not transfer your copyright or give MYFA ownership of your content.

Permission you give MYFA

You give MYFA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, back up, reproduce, encode or convert, create clips when you use FilmRoom’s clip features, display, and stream your content through FilmRoom. MYFA may let its service providers perform those tasks for MYFA.

This permission is limited to operating, securing, supporting, and providing FilmRoom. It lets MYFA make content available to people authorized by the organization’s FilmRoom access settings. It does not permit MYFA to sell your footage or use it in advertising without your separate permission.

Your upload permissions

Before submitting content, you must own it or have the rights and permissions needed to upload it and allow MYFA to use it as described here. This includes any permissions required for copyrighted material and for people shown or heard in the footage, including minors.

Removal and account deletion

You can ask MYFA to remove uploaded footage by contacting support@myfa.games. MYFA will stop making removed content available through FilmRoom and delete active copies when they are no longer needed for an existing organizational archive or review set, a legal obligation, or service security. Copies in routine backups may remain until those backups expire.

If you delete your account, you do not give MYFA ownership of your footage. MYFA may keep footage that is part of an organization’s existing archive or review materials so those records continue to work. Any retained footage remains available only under the organization’s access settings. Personal share access is revoked, and personal creator attribution is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
